We want you, our customer, to shop with confidence when visiting our online store. That is why we offer a 30 day plant guarantee on all plants purchased online and in-store. This 30 days starts at the time your plant was shipped or purchased in-store.
For shipped plants:
Our guarantee applies to plants that have been severely damaged during shipping, or those that become unhealthy within 30 days of the shipping date.
Often times plants will arrive with a few leaves that have slight damage (this can consist of creases, brown spots, yellowing, etc.). In this instance, those leaves can be trimmed off, allowing the plant the energy to grow new leaves :)
Should your plant arrive damaged, please send photos, along with your order number to email@example.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Please be sure to include photos, as we will not be able to help without them.
Important note regarding 30-day plant guarantee:
Please note that if you do not choose to add on a winter shipping kit during the cold months of November-April we are unable to guarantee the health of your plants and your purchase will be final.
For in-store plant purchases:
Our guarantee applies to plants that become unhealthy within 30 days of the in-store purchase date. We ask that you please contact us as soon as you see a decline in your plant's health so that we can hopefully make any needed adjustments and get your plant growing healthy. Please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org, call, or bring your plant into any of our stores. Please note that we can only assist with plants purchased in-store, and not those purchased online, as those come directly from our growers.
