Due to unprecedented volume of shipping this holiday season, as well as weather conditions, carriers may be experiencing delivery delays. If your plants have deteriorated due to your package arriving late (outside of the timeframe you have purchased for delivery), please let us know! Below you will find more information on what to include in your email to us.

As the next step, please submit a claim with the carrier. We are happy to help provide what you need to submit the appropriate information along with your claim. Please take photos and retain all packaging and contents of your package, as the carrier will need photo evidence, as well as possibly needing to inspect the packaging & contents at your local carrier's office.
