Hard Goods Shipping Terms

Hard Goods Shipping Times:

Please note that all hard goods (non-plant items) will ship within 3-5 business days (please allow a delay for the holidays). If you require an urgent shipment please reach out to us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.  

Hard Goods Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier on all hard goods sales.  Please note that these ship separately from any plants contained in your order, as they are fulfilled from separate locations.

Plants Shipping Terms

Plant Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipping will take 4-7 business days. Shipping & taxes calculated at checkout.

Please note that some exceptions may be made and longer shipping times may occur for specialty shipped items.  

Should you require urgent shipping, please contact us directly at retail@penelopepots.com, or call one of our stores and we will do our best to expedite your order.

General Shipping Terms

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once a package is mailed out and in the hands of the carrier we, unfortunately, have no ability to manage the handling of it, therefore, we ask that you please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided, should your package be lost or delayed.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you any information beyond what is shown online.  If you still require assistance after contacting the carrier, please reach out to retail@penelopepots.com and we will try to help.

We will do everything we can to assist you with rectifying your order issues.  

 Returned Packages:

Entering correct address information is the responsibility of each customer.  Please contact us within 24 hours of having entered the incorrect shipping address.  If we are not notified before then your items have most likely been fulfilled and we cannot make the change. Should your package be returned to sender due to an incorrect, or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the shipment of a new package.  If this happens and you would like a replacement shipment, please email retail@penelopepots.com and we can place a new order for you, however, it is the customer's responsibility to repurchase any plants that may have perished, as well as pay for additional shipping costs.

 Cancellations:

All order cancellation notices must be sent within 24 hours of order placement to retail@penelopepots.com. A full refund will be issued, if desired.  If you wish to have an item changed out we can accommodate this within the 24 hour time frame.
