Shipping Terms & Services

Please note that all items will ship within 3-5 business days (please allow a delay for the holidays).  If you require an urgent shipment please reach out to us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.  

Please know that we take the greatest care when packaging your live plants and hard goods.  We use corrugated cardboard to protect each plant with proper box markings to indicate that it is perishable or fragile products are being shipped.  Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee live plants that are shipped, as we have no control of the handling of the packages beyond our store, by the carrier. We WILL work with you on claiming insurance and replacing your plant material to the furthest extent possible.  We have only had a handful of shipping issues occur due to carrier mishandling out of the 100s of orders we have shipped out.  It is because of this that we recommend purchasing insurance on all shipments.  We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges that exceed insurance coverage on plant material that arrive damaged or on packages that are mishandled or lost by the carrier.

Once a package is mailed out and in the hands of the carrier we, unfortunately, have no ability to manage the handling of it, therefore, we do not assume responsibility for the condition it arrives in.
